1^st day!!!!!!

Ø Introduction about ESSAR group on ppt

Ø Written test (Aptitude +Technical +Verbal == find paper on internet) (no. students=100)

Ø GD(Indian can held Olympics, gov. job V/S Privet sector )(no. of students == 24)

Ø Actually my GD was held on next day

2^nd day!!!!

Date 11^th Jan, 2011

Ø Now it’s date of interview (P.I.)( no. of students ==16 )

Ø For that  I ware formal cloths with tie (frds) and formal shoes (frnds)

Ø  At int. time

I: May I come in sir

S: yes, take a sit

I: thanks

S: And he seeing my resume and tell me about ur self

I: My name is Hitesh Jayraj Daka, I m basically from Saurashtra, my village is Hadmatiya which is near Morbi city, and I completed my primary  & secondary education  in my village and my  higher secondary education  Compiled at Rajkot. And my college edu. Is going in this institutes (Ganpat uni.) and in my family including me we r five members My mother, me and my three sisters, Elder one sister completed her M.A.Bed last year, second one doing her M.A. and my younger sister doing her P.T.C.

S: ok, tell me ur projects and seminars

I: I perform seminar on tidal power plants (tpp) and Co2 capture and control and recently I working on Came less i.c. engine

S: explain about ur seminar….???   With fig.??? how tides generated ???

I: fully explain tidal power generation

S: in Indian any power plant like this

I: yes, in kutchh & Bay of Bengal all in under construction

S: u know working plant location

I: firstly I tell yes, but suddenly I forget the name of that city and river and I tell sir no idea , sir I just forgot name of this tpp

S: ok, tell the flow measurement instruments

I: rotameter, venturimeter … and… and …

S : he tell …. Orifice meter ???? (I think it is in ur lab.)

I: ya ya  yes sir

S: ok, and then tell me working of orifice meter

I: I try but I can’t so I tell sir no idea

S:tell me about that which types of steam used in Reaction type turbine ??

I: which types meance ????

S: dry super heated  ,dry saturated, ya  saturated,

I: dry super heated

S: if I used saturated steam then ???

I: it’s gives corrosion of bleds and casing..

S: no ,,  about velocity

I: …………………………….(thinking………..)

S: he explane that due to saturated steam  relative velocity is reduce so it can’t usefull. (He is right but firstly he has to give some condition that amount of steam passing is same meance  mass is contant or etc.. )

S: he tell I think turbine is not teaching u people in class good (but he not know that I m master of TPP)

And now tell me about Thermodynamics???

I: heat transfer from system and molecular Metter

S: ok, it’s law ?

I: explaind  all

S: diffnt  between  1^st and 2^nd

I: 1^st – heat transfer from higher to lower temp.

 And 2^nd gives the direction of process..

And I give examples of  heat transfer in tea in atm.

(and that time tea is my table so it’s good for me to explain it ) and also give example of hydro power plant  that water from high Head to low head transfer it’s 1^st now and 2^nd law tell that it not transfer from low head to high head .

S: can I do ??????

I:  yes sir , by using pump,,, but in this case we use electrical energy …… but can’t from turbine to pipe to high head so it’s limitation of 1^st law

S: ok ,,,, so gud  … tell me about force ??

I: rate of change of momentum… F=M*A

Or mass * acceleration

S: wt is acceleration?

I: rate of change of velocity w.r.t. time

S: wt is velocity?

I: rate of change of dist. W.r.t. time

S: ok ….gud

(it’s going about 10 ya 15 min )

And he tell me that wt is ur aim ?

I: I want to b’come gud engineer.

S: ya it’s seen by ur results

I: but sir I want to b’com good engineer in industrial in my real field and I want to happy my family.

S: gud, ok …. Now u has any Question or doubts    ???

I: no sir. Thank u sir…..

And I leave the cabin ….

And after waiting many days………we always see the notice board every day  2 or 3 times …and  also meet P.O. every day  and…… It’s cross our critical limit ………

And our result

Coming after 20 days...on…. 1-2-2011.

And I see that As I m selected ……….

And That time I was so happy,,, actually my hart bits become so fast .. It’s so exciting moments of my life.

And that day I seen that notice board two ya three time to conform that my name is there or not..

They select 9 students …

And Now I am ESSARITE.
